MISSION

Warbotiks LLC delivers innovative, AI-enabled unmanned robotics solutions that reduce human risk, multiply force effectiveness, and accelerate capability delivery for the U.S. warfighter.

As a veteran-owned enterprise headquartered minutes from the U.S. Army Detroit Arsenal and Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC), we combine small-business agility with warfighter-first engineering — enabling rapid prototyping, on-site collaboration, and seamless integration with Army vehicle programs and the Manned/Unmanned Tactical Vehicle Lab.

STRATEGIC FOCUS

Technology Priorities

We concentrate resources on high-impact, addressable challenges where expertise in autonomy software, vehicle integration, and EW-resilient systems delivers differentiated value for contested environments. The portfolio is defense-focused and phased by technical readiness.

NEAR-TERM (2026–2028): PROTOTYPE & FIELDING
MEDIUM-TERM (2028–2031): SCALE & SUSTAINMENT
NEAR-TERM • PLATFORMS
Autonomous UGV Platforms
Logistics resupply, EOD, and reconnaissance variants on wheeled and tracked chassis — targeting autonomy levels 3–5 with robust fallback modes in GPS-denied and jammed environments.
Warbotiks contribution: COTS chassis integration with military hardening, multi-modal sensor suites (EO/IR, LiDAR, radar), and resilient autonomy stacks.
NEAR-TERM • INTEGRATION
Manned-Unmanned Teaming (MUM-T)
Sensor fusion, swarm coordination, and vehicle-to-soldier communications via resilient mesh networks — integrated with existing Army platforms through VICTORY and MOSA architectures.
Warbotiks contribution: Software integration and validation support for GVSC's Manned/Unmanned Tactical Vehicle Lab initiatives.
NEAR-TERM • RESILIENCE
EW-Resilient Navigation & Comms
Anti-jam communications, alternative PNT, and mesh networking for operation in electronic warfare contested environments where GPS and traditional links are degraded or denied.
Warbotiks contribution: Edge-compute sensor fusion and adaptive path planning optimized for contested logistics and reconnaissance missions.
NEAR-TERM • AI/ML
AI/ML Perception & Path Planning
Machine learning for perception, adaptive behaviors, and real-time decision-making in dynamic threat environments — with limited bandwidth and compute at the tactical edge.
Warbotiks contribution: ROS2-based autonomy stacks with computer vision, ML-driven behaviors, and modular payload integration.
NEAR-TERM • R&D
R&D, Prototyping & SBIR/OTA
Rapid concept development and technology maturation under SBIR/STTR, DIU OTAs, and Army contracting vehicles — aligned with Replicator and DAWG attritable-system priorities.
Warbotiks contribution: Novel autonomy approaches, low-cost attritable designs, and fast iteration cycles from concept to demonstrable prototype.
MEDIUM-TERM (2028+)
Sustainment, Training & Production Scale
Operator and maintainer training, field service support, maintenance planning, and transition from prototype to low-rate production with clear paths to scaling via teaming or organic growth.
Warbotiks contribution: On-site validation at Detroit Arsenal facilities, sustainment revenue streams, and domestic manufacturing partnerships across Michigan's robotics supply chain.
